In the village and beyond

UPDATE

Poor Weary travellers. They get to the hotel at 8 and are turned away until 2 because the rooms are not ready and checkin is technically at 2. They were not able to get on the same floor but hopefully that will change as people start leaving.

They are now safe and sound in their hotels and James and I will meet them at 6 for a birthday dinner for John. No surprise he is requesting indian food for dinner. woo!
